WEDDING PLANNER – WHAT IS ONE?



At Scarlet Feather Events we like to think that we set ourselves apart from the normal “wedding planner”.   We look after our clients from start to finish and sometimes that means answering telephone calls and emails long into the night.


We work with our clients to look after their every need and ensure that planning their day becomes a real labour of love and not a chore or just money orientated.  It’s about getting a feel for the couple, what they like, what their personalities are, how we can inject that into their day via the theme, the venue, the food, the music and the entertainment.   We love a challenge!


We offer an initial one hour meeting so that we can get to know a bit about you and, more importantly, that you can get to know us and what we are about.   We then look at sourcing your venue with you, your suppliers and ultimately pulling together the most spectacular day of your lives – one that your guests will talk about for many years to come as being THE event of the year.


Our clients are also not just based in London.  We work with couples in the North West and the North East as well as down in Sandbanks and as far north as Scotland or abroad.   Your day is as important to us as it is to you and we will ensure that we work hard on your behalf to bring your dreams to reality.



As a planner that is not our only role, we like to become your confident and a family friend.  We are there to ease any worries you might have and trouble shoot for you also.  An open ear is always on hand at Scarlet Feather Events and we can always find time for a coffee and a chat with our couples.



Wedding planners should become your friend and we have been invited to many parties with our clients for years after, the most special ones being christenings.
